Kristen Lamoreaux is a cultivator of talent that derives joy from helping others achieve their potential. Her integrity, candor, and focus on moving things forward ensure you will always get the hard truth from her mentoring heart. A woman of energy and action, Kristen is a self-proclaimed “Inclusionist” who dedicates her efforts, both personally and professionally, toward helping people and organizations reap the benefits from a diverse leadership team.
Kristen has garnered industry recognition from her visibility as a contributor for CIO magazine and her frequent appearances as a keynote speaker at national industry conferences. Her thought leadership includes women’s leadership, technology talent, STEM Outreach, and networking through philanthropy.
Kristen is also the founder of SIM Women - a North American networking organization for over 1100 female CIOs and their direct reports. She conducts monthly webinars, regional meetings, and emcees a national conference annually where she hosts tech non-profits focused on diversity and inclusion.

Blake
Caroline Blake has over seven years of IT recruiting experience, placing a wide range of candidates from the individual contributors to senior leaders. Caroline is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with her candidates and puts a strong focus on communication. Caroline invests time in people, and that time enables her to successfully match candidates’ career goals with client opportunities. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University.

Sullivan
Veronica Sullivan has 14 years’ experience specializing in operations, customer service and volunteer management for several national and international not-for-profit professional organizations. Veronica takes immense pride in providing exceptional customer service and managing processes and procedures in the most efficient manner possible. She considers herself a master of the English language, having received a perfect score in her American English Grammar college course. She earned her Bachelors’ degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in American Studies at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.
