Kristen is the founder of SIM Women - a North American networking organization for over 1100 female CIOs and their direct reports. She conducts monthly webinars, regional meetings, and emcees a national conference annually where she hosts tech non-profits focused on diversity and inclusion.
Her philanthropic efforts support TechGirlz.Org’s mission to inspire middle school girls to explore the possibilities of technology to empower their future careers and Tech Impact’s mission to bring technology expertise and leadership to Pennsylvania’s non-profit community. Kristen also serves as the Immediate Past President of the Philadelphia SIM Chapter and the Events & Sponsorship Chairs for the PHISIM Foundation.
Kristen also serves on the Computer Science Advisory Board for LaSalle University and coaches students on job search and social media. Her local support also includes the Bridge of Books Foundation and speaking and serving on inclusion committees for her son’s school district. These collective philanthropic experiences have enabled Kristen to build a solid network of trusted relationships with IT professionals who serve as the foundation of her 20+ years of success within IT executive search.
